Shipping Policy
ART/PARTS Fine Art Supplies offer a flat rate of $12.50 across Australia for most items shop wide, and free shipping for orders over $150*.
A $19.95 shipping fee applies to packs of paper.
A $35.00 shipping fee applies to bulky / heavy items such as easels, bulk stretched canvas, etc.
*Excludes bulky items
Local Pick Up Only
Applies to the following items:
- Flammable Goods (such as fixative sprays, etc)
- Fragile Goods (such as canvases, single sheets of paper, etc)
Goods and Services Tax
ART/PARTS Fine Art Supplies are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.
Returns Policy
ART/PARTS Fine Art Supplies will not accept return of merchandise or refund or offer a credit for an incorrect choice or change of mind.
ART/PARTS Fine Art Supplies will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or because of a packing error.
If you wish to return an item, please contact sales@artpartsfinearts.com.au to submit your return.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and items must be returned in original packaging and with proof of purchase (packing slip). Return shipping costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender

Email addresses supplied when purchasing from our online store, or receiving receipts instore, will be subscribed to our Art Parts Fine Art Supplies email newsletter. If you do not wish to receive such marketing, please hit the unsubscribe link located in the footer of any email.
