Workshop T's & C's

In purchasing a ticket to an Art Parts Fine Arts workshop, whether purchased online via our website, in-store or on invoice, or by you personally or by someone on your behalf, you are deemed to have accepted our Workshop T's & C's as follows:

 


Missed Classes

Should you choose not to show for the workshop for whatever reason, you forfeit your ticket and all monies paid. All workshop ticket purchases are final.

Deposits

At this time we do not offer deposits. If you are interested in attending a workshop, we require payment in full to reserve your spot. 


Age Restrictions

Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult unless otherwise approved by us*. To discuss eligibility for a participant under 16 to attend solo, please Contact Us.
*Excludes Youth Workshops

Refunds

Please refer to the following time periods for specific refund details: 

 

  • 45+ Days In Advance or Greater:
    We offer a refund in full, less our 3% credit card merchant fees. 

 

  • 14-45 Days In Advance:
    Between 14 & 45 days in advanced, we will gladly offer you a credit to the value of your workshop ticket that can be used for another workshop or in-store on art supplies. 

 

  • Less Than 14 Days in Advance:
    As a courtesy to our artists, we do not allow for refunds or credits within 14 days of the date of the workshop. You may sell or transfer your ticket to someone else, however please Contact Us with any changes.  


Participant Behaviour

In the event that a student engages in harassment towards fellow students or the teaching artist, or contributes to a disruptive or harmful learning environment, Art Parts Fine Arts Supplies reserves the right to request the immediate departure of the participant from the workshop. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any remaining time of the workshop.


COVID-19

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, we kindly ask you to stay home. In return, we will offer a credit to the value of your workshop ticket that can be used for another workshop or in-store on art supplies (on receipt of a positive COVID-19 test only).


Class cancellations

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop where necessary. If a minimum capacity isn’t met or any issues arise with the scheduled workshop, we will look to reschedule first prior to cancelling altogether. All currently enrolled participants will have the option to transfer their ticket to another workshop or stay enrolled in the workshop if the rescheduled date is suitable.

If neither option works, the participant will be refunded their ticket in full.
