Atelier Binder Medium 250ml

Atelier Binder Medium is a water-based non toxic acrylic emulsion recommended to prepare and seal surfaces to promote good adhesion of the paint and prevent loss of moisture into the substrate.  Can be added directly to paint to increase gloss, create a tougher paint layer and shorten drying time.  use as an adhesive for collage techniques.
